As many can attest, this last snowstorm was extremely challenging for both small and large plowing companies. It was a tough one. I called Brownie’s (Hilario's) on Monday evening when my husband got stuck in a difficult spot. They were inundated with calls at the time and asked me to reach back out on Tuesday. After we tried unsuccessfully to get out ourselves, I called again—and within less than an hour they were in Kent with a heavy-duty wrecker to help us. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. He even made sure we were fully able to get out of the driveway before he left. Yes, the service was expensive, but the level of care and responsiveness was exceptional. Brownie’s has helped us multiple times, and we will absolutely continue to support them. I highly recommend their services!

We had a great experience with this company. Josh from Daytona beach was amazing! We were having a rough day and despite all the rain he still managed to make us laugh and overall give us back our hope. Josh if you see this we really appreciate you and love you!

Amazing customer service!! I was on a trip from Boston to Jersey and was stranded in CT. Josh was super helpful and found the problem to our car right away and went above and beyond to try to get us home that same night. He was super friendly and very helpful and would 10/10 recommend this towing service to anyone in the area!!
